Commercial Property

We consider investment and development opportunities in the Eastern Counties in the main commercial centres to include new developments on green field sites. Primarily high street or good secondary located retail units for sale, either leased or vacant. We also consider small industrial sites intended for new constructions.

Residential Property

We consider small residential sites for up to 12 units or smaller as well as refurbishments of existing dwellings intended for re-sale.
